I laughed. "Awkward time to come into a conversation." I said, walking over to the boys. "Nice fight though." I said, eyeing them appreciatively. "Name's Lin Baker. Yours?" I asked, intending the question for both of them, but my eyes never left the one that was still human.

[Cylas Mitogi]

I smiled warmly at the new girl. "I'm Cylas, Cylas Mitogi. And this knuckle-head here is zamikari vardenfell." I said grinning at zami. "what brings you to the forest on this fine evening?" I asked her.

[Lin Baker]

I smiled, obviously checking the guy out. "You do."

[Cylas Mitogi]

my smile left my face and I gave an embarrassed chuckle. "Uh, yea, I actually am taken, I have a girlfriend." I said, looking at the ground.

[Lin Baker]

I smirked and walked closer to him, still checking him out. "So?" I asked.

[Cylas Mitogi]

"that means that I'm taken." i paused. "I'm off the market."

[Lin Baker]

I laughed seductively as I walked closer. "You don't have to be." I said, running a finger down from his clavicle to his stomach.

[Cylas Mitogi]

"listen, I said no, I love her, I wont do this with you." i said starting to get angry.

[Lin Baker]

I pouted. "You're no fun." I said, then smirked and backed up a bit. "I have to talk to you anyway, Cylas. About Annie."

[Cylas Mitogi]

I snapped my head up. "what about her?" I asked

[Lin Baker]

I smirked. "Touchy, are we?" I laughed. "Annie is the only reason why I am alive - to an extent - today. That makes me hers. As you soon will be. That would make us brother and sister, I guess. Besides, if you're going to be changed by her, you'll probably have the chance to See things that she's done. Things concerning me. Things I don't want others to know."

[Cylas Mitogi]

I narrowed my eyes. "what's your point."

[Lin Baker]

I narrowed my eyes back at him. "Careful, wizard. As of this moment I am still a vampire, while you are not yet. That makes me your superior." I said in a warning tone. "What I was trying to tell you is that you may know me by another name, my given name, and I don't want everyone to know what it is. I am quite happy with my sister's name, and I want no one, especially not Saphire, to be told who I am."

I looked at her normally. "I thought you looked familuar. but I still can't place who you are."

[Lin Baker]

"Charly." I said softly.

[Cylas Mitogi]

I staggered back like I had just been hit in the face. "wait, you're supposed to be dead."

[Lin Baker]

I smiled grimly. "Tell me about it. I left with Annie when she found out her da was comin' after me. Lin, the real Aislin, that is, my sister, she came with us. Me and her have always looked so much alike, despite having different mums, and Annie Saw that if she stayed, her da would assume she was me, and kill her. Me and Lin hid out in the shrieking shack until I gave birth to Amy and Sarah, then Annie took me away so I could be turned, and gave Sarah to Amy, my other sister. Annie Saw that that was the only way for her da to stop trying to come after me, if I became like them. By the time I was positive I could resist the urge to feed on my children, I went back. By then, Lin had been killed, and Isabella had taken Amy. Peter and Molly were on their way and would find Lin's body, so I changed our appearances. Made her hair darker, and mine lighter. He couldn't tell the difference." I looked down. "You can see why I don't want anyone to know I'm here? I'm going to tell Peter, soon, but I don't want anyone else to know."

[Cylas Mitogi]

I stood there with my mouth open. I snapped it shut. "I won't tell anyone, do you want me to keep calling you lin?"

I nodded. "Yes, please."

"okay, lin, where have you been for all this time?" I asked.

I sighed. "I went to the Shrieking Shack at first. That was where me and Lin were hiding. When I gave birth to Sarah and Amy, Annie came to take me and Sarah to Amy Tempst, my other half-sister. I thought that if the girls were seperated and Peter's dad found out that they were alive and decided to go after them, at least they'd have a chance of one of them surviving. Then I went with Annie to France. She changed me, and I stayed in one of their mountain caves, mostly alone until I could handle the Thirst." I looked up at Cylas. "I know things about Annie, things that happened to her in France." I shook my head. "They're awful things. No one deserved them."

[Cylas Mitogi]

I looked at the ground. "we all have our dark secrets."

[Lin Baker]

I shook my head in disgust. "These aren't just dark, they're horrendous. I mean my god, that Jonathan guy beat her! And then having to lose her baby." I shook my head again. "At least I know my girls are alive."

[Cylas Mitogi]

I looked at the ground. "Is jonathan still alive?" I asked

[Lin Baker]

I shook my head. "She killed him. He betrayed one of their people, and she was ordered to kill him. He cruciod her first, killing her baby, but then she got him."

"good." I said flatly.

[Lin Baker]

"Yeah, no kidding."
