i stand up and laugh. "okay but you might want to brace yourself." i shrugged out of my long coat and stood in a wide stance. I felt the energy coarsing through my and let it flow deeply within my soul. I used my emotions and let the energy absorbe me. a slight wind picked up in the forest and it was coming from me. i dug deeper within myself and gathered more energy. my hair and eyes slowly turned pure white. as the wind got even more violent. I gathered as much energy as I could. "HHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" I screamed as I let all the enrgy out creating a hurricane-like wind. i stood up from where I was. there was a glowing white aura around me and energy flowed off of me in waves. "this is my normal fighting form." I said to cas. "It is about 200 times stronger then me normally."

i let my energy completely flow out of me and my hair turned back to whiteish-blonde and my eyes back to green. "lots of work ahead if you want to get there." I sat down and took out a candy bar, starting to munch on it.
